My daughter suffered for 2 years with mental illness. She had been through therapy and medication for about a year and had made improvements but still was far from being herself. Finally we took her to a doctor who tested her nutrition levels and found that her vitamin D and a few other vitamins were very low, and a hormone in her thyroid was slightly off. We started having her take vitamin D and a multivitamin as well as a thyroid medication, but progress was slow. Soon after, someone recommended the Hyperbaric chamber as a help for mental illness. My daughter continued with the vitamins and thyroid medication and also started visiting the Hyperbaric chamber three times a week. It really sped things up. Each time she came home from her hour spent in the Hyperbaric chamber I could tell that her eyes were brighter, and her mind quicker. Over the course of 4 weeks, she recovered what she called “clarity of mind” and she began going off her depression medication. I credit the Hyperbaric chamber for helping to eliminate brain fog and speeding up healing that otherwise may have taken a long time. Melanie always made her feel comfortable and the setting was relaxing and professional. We are so grateful for the chance our daughter had to use this amazing healing device.
